Terms and conditions of purchase.

0. Definitions.

You are going to acquire REPUESTOS TIC IMPORT EXPORT S.L. , through this portal, www.repuestostic.com one or more of the following:

Goods, such as our products and spare parts.

Phone and tablet repair services.

Parcel delivery services, performed by third parties.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal or Return (RMA).

According to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16

You have the right, without the need for any reason or penalty, to be able to return your purchase and have the amount of the products paid to you.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return said product "as is" you received it, no purchase withdrawal will be accepted when the product is not in the same condition in which it was sold.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending, within the period indicated above, a written communication to the following email address: info@repuestostic.com

The email must include the purchase invoice, the customer's contact information, the brand and model of the Product to be returned and, Once the email is sent, the Customer will receive by email a response from REPUESTOS TIC and the return note.

Customers will have 14 calendar days from the date of ordering the merchandise to exercise the right of withdrawal. This means that you have 14 days to request the RMA and send us the product.

Refunds that are only will be approved within these 14 days. We will accept the last day of shipment on the 14th calendar day from the date of purchase, but without the right to a refund upon arrival after the return period, we will only make a purchase voucher.

Very important: you must return said product "as is" you received it, I don't know will admit the return when the product is not in the same conditions as it was sold.

1.1 Breakage in transport and non-conformity

The packages are sent with the products sealed and protected, in trays inside transport vehicles, with a minimum risk of breakage.

In case you notice that the package arrives with any blow or damage, lack of conformity or loss, you must notify the courier and make the delivery receipt appear. Tell us immediately by phone or email.

We will not accept any alleged breakage or failure or loss that is not notified to us at the time of delivery.

 

1.2 Defective merchandise

We understand that you may think that a product has arrived defective, but we cannot send you a new product without reviewing the old one.

In the event that the merchandise arrives defective, Repuestos TIC undertakes to exchange the defective product, with the following conditions:

Customers will have 14 calendar days from the date of ordering the merchandise to notify us that the merchandise is defective and request a return, either in product (via purchase voucher) or refund.

This means that you have 14 days to request the RMA and send us the product.

Refunds that are only will be made within these 14 days. We will also pay the return costs up to a maximum of € 4.72.

We will accept the last day of shipment on the 14th calendar day from the date of purchase, but without the right to a refund upon arrival after the RMA period, we will only make a purchase voucher.

1.3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal or return / defective merchandise online:

2. Enter "history and details of my orders" or "my orders" through the upper drop-down menu.

3. Select the corresponding order with the "details" button.

4. You will see a panel where you will have a follow-up of your order, if 14 calendar days have not elapsed since your purchase, you will have the visible option "make RMA return voucher".

Check the boxes of the product or products to be returned, put a brief review of the reason and send the form through the "make RMA return voucher" button.

5. Our customer service will review and approve your request if applicable, through which you will receive an email, with the RMA number, and the instructions to send us the package with the merchandise.

The merchandise will be sent freight prepaid through certified mail to be able to track your shipment, or through another method that allows you to track your package.

With this we can guarantee that the package reaches our facilities. If the customer wishes to send the package by another method, it will be under his entire responsibility.

6. Once you send us the package, our technicians will review and verify that the merchandise is in the same state in which it was sent.

7. If the product you returned for reasons of defective merchandise, once verified, we will bear the shipping costs.

  

2. Cancellation of an order:

You have the right to cancel the order only and when it has not already been sent. In case of not accepting the order, repuestostic will claim the shipping costs. You must request said cancellation by phone 911 307 258 indicating the order number.

 

3. Guarantees:

Spare parts are guaranteed for 2 years as established by law, having to be sent to our technical service for repair or replacement.
You can only exercise the factory default warranty, never for misuse or poor assembly. All spare parts must be installed by a professional and attach a technical service invoice.

In case of product deffective, repuestostic will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
In addition to the reminder of the existence of a legal guarantee of conformity for the goods, the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees.

The customer must check the article well before handling and assembly, if he detects any visible anomaly he must inform us of it and not install, put into operation or remove the seals that the article carries.

 

4. Shipping

Repuestostic has selected MRW for the peninsula because it is faster, more reliable and cheaper to deliver your orders in the most efficient way. The delivery time in the peninsular territory is 24/48 working hours.

For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: it will be done by post and the delivery time is 1 to 6 business days

 

5. Shipping costs

MRW Peninsula only shipping 24/48 hours: € 4.90 VAT inc.
MRW Peninsula collection + shipping 24/48 hours: € 10 VAT inc.
Certified Mail Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla from 1 to 6 days: € 4.90

If you select the cash on delivery payment, you must add 1.36%

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you may have to pay the IGIC or IPSI, it is also possible that Correos will charge you for the DUA processing, which is approximately € 14.
